Executive Requirements
This section will have detailed requirements for the Test Executive Engine.
The Engine will control execution of the test, run previously loaded script commands, evaluate reported results, display results with pass/fail indications and provide the primary operator interface.
Initial development likely in Python.

The Test Executive is shown above next to the monitor. Runs on Linux and is intended to run on a variety of machines from a high end server class machine down to a Raspberry Pi CM4.
Communication with all the hardware Input/Output devices is over a local TCP interface.

The spreadsheet display is similar to the test script input format. As the test proceeds this display will now show measured values and Pass/Fail results.
